New Zealand is at Alert Level 4, which means some changes to visiting and clinics. Find out more.
As always, we're here if you need us.
We will talk with you about your options and help you decide the best contraceptive for you. Services are free and confidential.
All contraceptives and services are free for women who are New Zealand citizens or residents and live within the ADHB area. For more information on your contraception options, take a look at our contraception options leaflet [PDF, 492 KB].
We also offer pregnancy testing, STI and cervical screening. Please ring or email for an appointment so we can accommodate you at the clinic.
If we miss your call, please leave a message and your contact phone number for us to get back to you.
For all appointments, call 0800 527 200 or email LARC@adhb.govt.nz.
If you live in the Counties Manuka DHB area, check out their free and confidential contraception clinics [PDF, 716 KB].
If you live in Auckland or Waitematā DHB, you can access free contraception at the Auckland Medical Aid Centre().
